Leila Ayad

Leila Ayad

Born in Dakar (Senegal), from Lebanese parents and sent to French schools, I have always been surrounded by different cultures and therefore different perspectives on life. Therefore, I have a tendency to question myself, what I believe in, am I right or wrong. In this quest for truth I feel that philosophy and mathematics have never failed in helping me to understand people, societies and the way they interact. I have spent two years now at AUP and before leaving (I am leaving this summer to pursue a Bachelor in Civil and Environmental Engineering in Montreal, Quebec) I wanted to share my little mathematical knowledge and how I feel they might be useful in life in general. Oh, and I am not as serious as I may sound! I like music, book and chocolate. I love sport as much as I am lazy, that is maybe why I choose to learn how to fly. By the way, my name is Leïla and I tutor Calculus I every Monday from 4.55 to 6.15pm and also by appointment at a76822@aup.fr.
